MGR is a European team of engineers fully dedicated to a single mission: protecting electric motor bearings from damage caused by shaft currents generated by variable frequency drives (VFDs).

We design and manufacture our full range of grounding rings in our own production facility in Europe. Martin Deiss, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) – Technological Pillar & Shareholder

Martin is a mechanical engineer (born in 1957, living in Eppingen, Germany) who brings a vast wealth of design and technical expertise to MGR.

For 25 years, he co-shaped the success of a global leader in the field of shaft grounding. For nearly two decades, he was directly and actively involved in the development of global electromechanics, responsible for technical sales and the implementation of shaft grounding engineering in Europe and worldwide markets. Martin worked closely with major industrial corporations and the highly demanding automotive sector, which allowed him to recognize the technological limitations of existing market solutions and co-create MGR rings as a completely new technology — free from past defects and resistance barriers.

Philippe – Commercial Director, Industrial Markets Expert & Shareholder

Philippe brings to MGR nearly 20 years of commercial leadership experience across European industrial markets. He perfectly understands the needs of industrial clients: reliable products, fast response times, and dependable trade partners. Philippe has successfully managed international sales teams across more than 30 export markets. Throughout his career, he has built stable distribution networks as well as long-standing relationships with end customers.

At MGR, Philippe develops sales processes across Europe. He works directly with motor manufacturers, repair shops, OEMs, and industrial end-users. Fluent in French, Polish, English, and Russian, he serves as the direct point of contact for strategic partners looking for optimal grounding solutions for new designs or retrofit programs.
